Communicating Change
Communication is crucial in the change process. Conflict can arise if your communications do not match up to audience's needs and give the right messages.
You may find these tips on communicating changes very useful in helping your team, your staff and other departments to understand why this project is going ahead and what is needed in order for it to be managed effectively.
